EATNKC brings FitNKC’s coached structure into nutrition. The goal is not to hand you a perfect plan and hope you follow it. The goal is to help you understand what to do, check in often enough to stay honest, and track outcomes so progress is not based on guesswork.

INBODY 270 OUTCOME TRACKING
FitNKC uses the InBody 270 body composition scanner to track real progress over time. That means the conversation goes beyond the number on the scale and into what's actually changing, so your nutrition plan stays informed, relevant, and adjusted to where you actually are.
PRACTICAL NUTRITION ACCOUNTABILITY
Regular check-ins keep you connected to the plan, help you spot patterns before they become problems, and make it easier to adjust on the fly. Because one hard week doesn't have to turn into a full reset when you have someone in your corner keeping you on track.
MEAL PLAN SUPPORT
Depending on the package you choose, meal plan support ranges from sample days to fully customized plans, including separate guidance for training days and rest days. So whether you need a starting point or something built around your schedule, there's a level of support that fits.

No. EATNKC is open to FitNKC members and non-members. Members can use it alongside their training, and non-members can join for nutrition coaching without starting a gym membership first.

EATNKC is not built around hard food exclusions or all-or-nothing rules. It is a functional nutrition program that uses structure, accountability, education, and a Registered Dietitian’s real-world approach to eating.

The InBody 270 is a body composition scanner FitNKC uses to help track and measure outcomes. It gives more context than weight alone, which helps make progress easier to evaluate and discuss.

Good is a simple starting point. Best is the most popular option and gives the highest level of starting-program support. Great is a strong middle option. Follow-on programs help you continue after the first program or move into monthly accountability.

Yes. The Community Nutrition Program is built for small groups of 3 to 5 people and is open to members and non-members.
