WHAT IS REDLINE?
REDLINE is a 40-minute, high-intensity strength and conditioning class programmed in 3-week progressive blocks. That means the strength work stays the same for 3 weeks—so you’re not just sweating through chaos. You’re building skill, seeing progress, and dialing in the right intensity for your body.
Unlike traditional CrossFit where the programming changes daily, REDLINE is about mastery through repetition. Our focus? Strong cores. Confident movement. Real results.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each class is split between two pillars:
STRENGTH (DUMBBELL ONLY)
Expect a mix of compound and isolation movements—rooted in bodybuilding principles—to build lean muscle and improve your functional strength. No barbell required. Just smart, effective training that hits what matters.
CONDITIONING (INTERVAL STYLE)
The cardio component rotates between the rower, ski erg, and assault bike, all performed interval-style with intentional rest. But here’s the twist: rest includes core work, so every session finishes with a stronger midline than you started.
