FitNKC was never about trends; it’s about heart. Coach Josh founded this gym on unwavering passion, Marine Corps grit, and years of guiding real people to real, life-changing results.

A Marine Corps veteran and former training director, Coach Josh has spent more than a decade helping everyday people move better, grow stronger, and discover the best in themselves. In 2018, he launched Bloc Life Inc., a non-profit devoted to making fitness accessible to all, including adaptive and inclusive athletes. That mission beats at the heart of every class at FitNKC, because here, everyone deserves a place to belong.

These circuit-style sessions are programmed in progressive 3-week blocks, featuring dumbbell-only compound lifts, isolation moves, and blistering interval conditioning on rowers, ski ergs, or assault bikes.
