FitNKC ("FitNKC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what information we collect through fitnkc.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
#1 Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Contact forms: When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message details you provide.
Email list signup: If you opt in to our marketing/subscriber list, we collect your name and email address.

If you submit a contact form or subscribe to our mailing list, we may email you directly using Squarespace's email tools. This may include:

Marketing emails, promotions, and studio updates (subscribers only)
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email, or by contacting us directly. Note that even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, we may still retain your information for record-keeping or to respond to a prior inquiry, and your email may remain associated with previously built advertising audiences until removed (see Section 5).
#4 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels) from the tools listed in Section 1 to collect usage data and support advertising. Specifically:
Squarespace Analytics and GA4 use cookies to distinguish visitors and track site usage.
Plausible Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information; it provides aggregated, anonymized traffic data.
Meta Pixel places a cookie that allows Meta to recognize your browser and connect your Site activity with your Meta account (if you have one) for ad measurement and retargeting purposes.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising from Meta through your Meta Ad Preferences. Opting out of cookies may affect Site functionality.
#5 Your Choices & Rights
Unsubscribe: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Ad preferences: You may limit Meta's use of your data for ad personalization through your Meta Ad Preferences or by adjusting your device/browser privacy settings.
Access/deletion requests: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
If you are a resident of California, the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, delete, or opt out of certain data uses. Contact us using the information in Section 9 to make a request.

PushPress
Our Site links to PushPress for class scheduling, membership management, and/or check-in. PushPress is a separate, independently operated platform, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to it. Any information you provide directly to PushPress (such as through booking, account creation, or check-in) is governed by PushPress's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before providing information there.
#7 Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
#8 Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
